Expectant couples who are having hospital, freestanding birth center, or a home birth are welcome to take our virtual classes. The Zoom format is convenient and interactive. The classes are taught by a couple. Karen has had 9 unmedicated births using the techniques taught in the classes. Jeff gives the viewpoint of husband, coach, and father. These informative classes include active coach involvement, birth plan design, a labor rehearsal, games, comfort techniques, the stages of labor, preparing for the unpredictable, newborn care, advocacy skills, and access to the digital Bradley® workbook and resource center.
