Expectant couples who are having hospital, freestanding birth center, or a home birth are welcome to take our virtual classes. The Zoom format is convenient and interactive. The classes are taught by a couple. Karen has had 9 unmedicated births using the techniques taught in the classes. Jeff gives the viewpoint of husband, coach, and father. These informative classes include active coach involvement, birth plan design, labor rehearsal and games, comfort techniques, the stages of labor, preparing for the unpredictable, newborn care, and advocacy skills.
