MINE-R-T Doula Company takes a holistic approach to supporting physiological birth. Our comprehensive childbirth class explores the labor process in detail, covering the signs and stages of labor. Participants will also learn and practice effective comfort techniques. Designed for pregnant individuals and their support partners, this class prepares you for a range of birth settings, including hospitals, birth centers, home births, and water births.

We will discuss common interventions and review their risks and benefits while also providing information about alternative approaches to care. There will be a focus on thoughtful decision-making and remaining in the moment. Classes will be comprised of both activities and lectures.
