MINE-R-T Doula Company offers a holistic approach to physiological birth. This class provides a comprehensive look at the labor process. The instructor will review the signs of labor, stages of labor, and demonstrate comfort techniques. This childbirth class is designed to prepare pregnant individuals and their support person for childbirth. It is geared towards in-hospital as well as out-of-hospital birth including birth centers, homebirth and water birth options.

We will discuss common interventions and review their risks and benefits while also providing information about alternative approaches to care. There will be a focus on thoughtful decision-making and remaining in the moment. Classes will be comprised of both activities and lectures.
