Hypnobabies QC teaches natural childbirth classes in Charlotte, NC.  Our moms use hypnosis for birth to calmly and gently birth their babies.  Hypnobabies is different from other birth classes that teach pain coping techniques, simple relaxation or breathing techniques. Although our moms are incredibly relaxed, they go one step further and learn how to use hypnosis to create the same kind of medical hypno-anesthesia people use to successfully undergo surgery without drugs. Hypnobabies uses the same medical hypnosis techniques that people employ when preparing for surgery without any drugs, which is called hypno-anesthesia.  With the use of real, medical-grade hypnosis and the type of hypnotic compounding that our Hypnobabies students learn and practice, normal birthing sensations can easily be transformed into pleasurable ones. Our Hypno-moms are also fully in tune with their babies during the birthing process, and as aware of everything around them as they would like to be, easily able to communicate with their support team, and completely in charge of their own birth experience. Hypnobabies is well-known for helping women to create much shorter, easier and more comfortable births.

Liz Hudson, MA, LPA, HSP-PA, HCHI, HCHD teaches Hypnobabies classes in the Greater Charlotte area. Hypnobabies class series are 6 weeks and include 18 hours of instruction time. Classes are currently held Tuesday evenings from 6:30-9:30pm in Southpark. Private classes offered by appointment only.
